Measured proportions
Usable board height runs from the 92px top safety band to the existing tray line. Stump width includes the handles and legs. The phone crop measures 86.1% of its width and 68.7% of its usable height. Its pig head is 102px tall and ends about 3px above the tray. The current top bar ends at y=50; tag clearance below uses that visible edge.

A fits 68-70% of usable board height at the three requested sizes. Wide desktops show more grass at the sides. Filling 85% of their width while showing the seated pig would require a change to the hand layout.
Interaction checks
Tags, bubbles, pot pills, bank, toll chip and turn ring checked in real offline games. The harness pauses the clock, sets stakes to 3 gold, adds a toll schedule, and makes Mochi bid through the engine. The shipped close-up and walk-over paths run from the board and return to it.

Short windows
The fixed hand leaves little vertical space on very short windows. The desktop fit shrinks its top margin and aims above the hand without exceeding the camera solver's vertical range. Regression coverage includes windows down to 300px tall.
Scope and open notes
Only the desktop board camera changes. Phone framing, hand, tray, seating, close-ups, walk-over, props and GLBs remain unchanged. Pickpocket's partly hidden magnet and the square-window close-up crop remain open notes, outside this PR.
Validation
99 targeted tests, typecheck, lint and web export passed. GPU smoke passed at all three requested sizes plus a short-window capture. Full gate running; coordinator review pending.
